Who we are
Analogitsolutions ("we", "us") is a digital marketing and technology company based at ST18, Block 15, Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi, Pakistan. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions go to support@analogitsolutions.com.
Information we collect
Enquiries. When you submit a contact or consultation form, we collect the details you provide — name, business name, email, phone number, the service you are interested in, a budget range if you give one, and your message. We also record the page you enquired from and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived by, so we know which of our own marketing brought you here.
Job applications. When you apply for a role, we collect your name, contact details, CV and anything else you include in the application.
Conversations. If you message us on WhatsApp, call or email, we keep that correspondence as part of handling your enquiry.
Technical data. Our hosting and security systems log IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, as any website does. Our analytics (below) records how visitors use the site in aggregate.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask for; to run and improve this website; to understand which of our marketing works; to consider job applications; and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We contact you about services only where you have asked us to — for example by ticking the consent box on an enquiry form — and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how it is used — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are, and which actions (such as tapping the WhatsApp button or submitting a form) are taken. Google Analytics sets cookies for this purpose. We do not currently run advertising pixels from Meta or other networks on this site; if that changes, this policy and our cookie policy will be updated first. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the business and this website — our hosting provider, our email provider, and Google for analytics — each of which processes data on our instructions. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as they are relevant to the conversation and afterwards as part of our normal business records. Job applications are kept for a limited period after a role closes, in case a similar role opens, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard settings.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is stored in a system with access limited to the people who handle enquiries, protected by individual logins and multi-factor authentication.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email support@analogitsolutions.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top will change with it.
